Common questions
Which meeting tools does Edisyn work with?
Any of them. Edisyn listens to your system audio, not the app. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack huddles, Discord, FaceTime, WhatsApp Desktop and any browser based call all work the same way. No bot joins the call and there is nothing to install inside your meeting tool.
Does anyone else see Edisyn?
No. Ghost Mode keeps the overlay invisible on screen share and recordings. Only you see it.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Open Edisyn, go to Settings, then Data & Privacy, and choose Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your meetings, transcripts and AI responses are removed within 30 days.
What data does Edisyn collect?
Your account details (email, name), your meeting audio and transcripts, the AI answers generated during a meeting, session metadata such as date and duration, and basic technical data such as browser type and IP address. The Privacy Policy has the full list.
Is my data secure?
Yes. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS encryption in transit, row level security so one account can never read another, regular security reviews and automated backups.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are non refundable, including partial billing periods, unused credits, and accounts closed for violations. See the Terms of Service for the details.
